Dr Diandra Cason

Dr. Diandra Cason who presents who presented and published as Diandra Poe until her marriage in 2026 — is a doctoral-level social worker who designs prevention programs that change institutional culture rather than satisfy an annual requirement. She built Operation R.E.S.P.E.C.T., an assessed, scenario-based curriculum on sexual violence prevention and empathetic leadership delivered to more than 2,500 personnel across six installations. She has taught at the graduate level at the University of Kentucky, began her career in crisis intervention, served in hospital ICUs through the pandemic, and worked with survivors of human trafficking alongside the Baltimore Human Trafficking Task Force. She speaks to the people who carry other people’s worst days — and does it without leaving the room heavier than she found it.
